How to cook:

  1. First make the dough for quiche. In a blender, mix the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, chopped butter (you need to be sure to be cold) to a crumb.

  5. Disassemble the cabbage into small florets and boil in boiling water for three minutes.
  6. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
  7. Mix chicken, onion, cabbage and cheese. Lightly salt and pepper.
  8. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and evenly distribute it in a round form for baking in a thin layer.
  9. Cover it with foil and put a load on it: rice, dry beans, etc., so that the dough is one thickness across the entire surface.
  10. Put the dough in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
  11. Take out the foil with a load and bake the dough until crisp for another 10 minutes.
  12. While the dough is baking, prepare the filling for an open pie with chicken breast: whisk or a blender, mix the cream with the eggs, crushed garlic and chopped dill. Lightly salt and pepper.
