It will take:

  • corn grains - 1 kg;
  • salt - 1 tablespoon;
  • water - 1 l;
  • Vinegar 9% - a few teaspoons by the number of cans;
  • Bay leaf.

Cooking:

  1. Corn grain is kept in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Water with salt is brought to a boil.

  • tomato paste - 10 ml;

  • vinegar - 10 ml;

  • coarse salt - 8 g;
  • granulated sugar - 1 tsp with a small slide.
