Recently, a delegation of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of OAO "GPZKU" Alexander Senem, arrived in Ankara (Turkey) on an official visit.
The main purpose of the visit, which is carried out at the invitation of the Directorate-General of the Grain Council of Turkey (TMA), was to establish bilateral relations and conduct negotiations between the Grain Rada and State Food Grain Industry Commission. Today, an official meeting was held between representatives of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine and the Directorate General of TMO with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Mehmet Danish. During the meeting, representatives of the state corporation familiarized themselves with the peculiarities of the Turkish grain market, the activities of the Grain Council of Turkey, and presented the capabilities and potential of the SFGCU.
In addition, during the meeting, the parties discussed possible areas for further cooperation in the field of agriculture. During the visit, the delegation of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine will also visit the Turkey Grain Exchange and get acquainted with the peculiarities of flour production on the example of the flour mill in the Polatli region.
