  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • dill - 1 bunch.

  • cover the resulting mass with a plate of the appropriate size; it will function as a press. Slightly press down until the tomatoes are compacted, and put a load on top of the plate (for example, a jar of water);
  • leave at room temperature for a day.

The next day your delicious tomatoes will be ready. If the degree of acid suits you, you can put them in a jar and put them in the fridge, then they will not get any more sour. If you like more sour, leave the pot in the same place for another day.
