The preparation includes: 1 billion microbial cells of each of the strains of Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis and extraembryonic fluid of chick embryos infected with Newcastle disease virus. These viruses cause quite dangerous diseases in birds.

- Treat the needle insertion site with an antiseptic.
- Introduce the needle intramuscularly into the pectoral muscle 3-5 mm deep at an acute angle to the head.
- Release the drug from the syringe.
