This was stated by the press service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, which yesterday passed a bill about it. Now, farmers and farmers who use counterfeit chemicals, cut down tree-bearing plants and poison bee populations, will have a criminal responsibility. 
Also, the Ministry of Environment of Ukraine has some innovations in the lease of land for the apiary. Such territory will be considered as a long-term temporary place of use, which will allow to establish long-term lease agreements.
