Dosage and administration
"Sinestrol" you need to prick intramuscularly or subcutaneously, since the tablet form of this tool does not exist. Cattle

- a heated 2% solution of the drug is administered to cows and heifers at 0.25-2.5 mg;
- if cows were diagnosed with ovarian hypofunction, then double intramuscular administration of the drug is necessary at intervals of 5-10 days. Dosages should be in the range of 0.05-0.15 ml per individual. In this particular case, the hormone hexestrol is able to normalize the menstrual cycles, in the future such an animal will be able to fertilize;
- for the treatment of inflammatory processes of the endometrium and the prevention of the reverse delayed development of the uterus after delivery, "Sinestrol" is used twice at intervals of 24 hours. Dosages range from 0.4 to 0.45 ml for every 100 kg of animal weight;
- for the treatment of chronic inflammation of the endometrium in cows, the drug is administered once. The dosage is 0.25-0.3 ml injection per 100 kg of cow weight. Further use of the drug for treatment is discussed with the local veterinarian;
- pyometra in cows is treated by double administration of the drug with an interval of a day. The dosage of the first injection should be calculated as follows: 0.45-0.5 ml of the drug per 100 kg of animal weight. The dose for the second injection is 0.25-0.3 ml per 100 kg;
- for expelling mummified fruits from cattle using "Sinestrol" at a dosage of 0.5 mg per 1 centner of weight. In the case of poor efficacy, re-injection should be discussed with the veterinarian;
- in case of incomplete disclosure of the cervix, the drug is injected subcutaneously in the same manner as described in the paragraph above;
- in order to enhance the function of the mammary glands in cows, the therapy is administered with "Synestrol", the duration of which should be 45 days. The drug is administered in the dosage of 0.5-1.0 mg per 100 kg every 2 days for 15 days.

Horses

- during injections, it is necessary to comply with the established safety rules for working with hormonal drugs. At the end of the treatment procedure, the hands must be rinsed well, using a soap solution;
- if hexestrol gets on the mucous membrane or in the eye cavity, urgent rinsing should be done;
- vials that contained the drug can not be further used in everyday life. It is forbidden to use the bottles as children's toys.
Contraindications and side effects
The drug is prohibited to use if the animal is suffering. acute or chronic liver and kidney damage. Sinestrol is also contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.
