Almost 2 tons of apples from Ukraine were destroyed in St. Petersburg

It is reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor after a raid on one of the St. Petersburg vegetable warehouses. During the monitoring, about 1.8 tons of apples with Ukrainian marking were found, which are prohibited from being imported and put into sale on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Since this product is forbidden, it was destroyed at the municipal solid waste dump in St. Petersburg using special equipment.

Also, previously, following the Rosselkhoznadzor report, about 150 kg of meat and dairy products were burned, which were under sanctions and imported from the countries of the European Union.
