Kemerovo region will prepare fern

In early May of this year, the procurers of the Kemerovo Region will begin collecting shoots of the eagle fern. Depending on the weather, the collection of wild plants will last from 5 to 20 days.

The tip of the escape of the Kuzbass fern has great nutritional value. One of its beneficial properties is the removal of radionuclides from the human body. Fern fried, added to scrambled eggs and salads.

The regional department of agriculture and processing industry shows that the harvesting of the tops of the eagle fern in the Kemerovo region begins in the first days of May and takes place in 12 districts. 12 consumer societies and 2 private entrepreneurs are engaged in plant harvesting.
