Robots - no? The first in the market for the production of robotics Japan is in no hurry to introduce androids in agriculture

Farmers in Japan, who are engaged in large-scale industry, are not going to replace human labor with robots, arguing that the content of such an "electronic assistant" costs the owners a lump sum.

The owner of the tomato industry in Chiba Yasuji Kakuzaki’s Japanese prefecture, remains in farming a supporter of conservative views, due to the high cost and disadvantage of robots. According to him, the robot constantly demands reverent care and energy, which is rather expensive in the country of the rising sun. Instead of innovations, he uses the program to search for workers from other countries.

Now, on a 2-acre farm, there are workers from Vietnam who, unlike the Japanese, agree to the minimum wage set by the Japanese government. According to Kakuzaki, he gives people wages, which will help them not to remain below the poverty line.

Workers receive $ 8 per hour of work, which allows them to buy a home in 3 years. If they worked in Vietnam, adds Yasuji, it would take them about 15 years. Behind his predictions, in his field it is very unlikely that the robot will process the earth.
